great hotel for families

convenient pool nice play area available access helpful staff

i found the kids pool and play area very convenient it included adult entertainment like the bar and lounge. beach access with jetski and boating was available. the breakfast buffet had many options and variety. staff helped us immediately when we got locked out of our room. the janitor was doing his round of cleaning and helped us.

the hotel gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the spa offered sauna facilities and massage services. there was also a kids' club with scheduled activities each day for children aged 4 to 12.

The buffet offered good choices. the location was directly on the beach with free loungers. music played at the beach. I appreciated that.

the staff WAS friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

Beach view and good food

beach view clean room good variety

The facilities were good, and the beach view room was nice. the room was clean, and all the tools were available. This. the waiters in the restaurant were helpful. Breakfast had good variety and options.

The coffee machine was out of order even if they changed it, it did not work. a study chair was broken. They changed at my call. the lamp light was not working. They changed when i complained.

The hotel offered outdoor pools. These were well maintained, and jetski, kayak, paddle boat rentals were available. the rooms were clean. Also all necessary tools were available for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast options were interesting, and there was lot of variety. The hotel also had good restaurants and a pub. the restaurant always had a good choice, whatever time you came to breakfast.
